The questions we hear most.

How much can I realistically earn?
It depends on traffic and audience fit, but our average Bronze affiliate earns $200–$800 monthly. Silver tier averages $1,500–$5,000. Top Gold tier creators earn $10,000+ per month. Our highest single month was $42K (creator with a 1.2M Instagram following).
When do I get paid?
All tiers are paid monthly on the 1st of each month. Payouts via PayPal, Zelle, or ACH direct deposit — you choose your method in the Ambassador Portal. Minimum payout threshold is $25.
How long does the tracking cookie last?
30 days for Bronze, 60 days for Silver, 90 days for Gold. If a customer clicks your link and purchases anytime within that window — even on a different device after logging in — you get credit.
Do I get commission on subscription renewals?
Yes — for the first 12 months of any subscription you refer. After that, the customer continues with us but the commission rolls off.
Can I use paid ads with my affiliate link?
Yes, with two restrictions: no bidding on branded keywords ("Lumière," "Lumière Capsules"), and no false claims. Full ad guidelines are sent in your welcome email.
What if my application isn't approved?
We approve about 70% of applications. If yours isn't, we'll tell you why and how to re-apply. Common reasons: brand voice mismatch, very new account with no posting history, or a niche that doesn't align.
Is there a referral program for regular customers?
Yes — every Lumière customer gets a personal referral link in their Portal Rewards tab. Give friends $10 off their first order, get $10 store credit when they purchase. Plus loyalty points on every order.
