We ship to over 60 countries via DHL Express. All international orders include full tracking and signature on delivery.

Restricted Regions

Order Cutoffs & Holidays

Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days ship the same day. Anything later ships the next morning.

Weekend & Holiday Orders

Orders placed Friday after 2pm EST through Sunday will ship Monday. We observe major U.S. federal holidays — your tracking email will reflect any pause.

The questions we hear most.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm EST on a business day ship the same day. Anything after that — or on weekends and U.S. holidays — ships the next business morning.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves us. You can also log into your account at any time to see live tracking status.
My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?
Carrier scans can take up to 24 hours to populate after dispatch. If it's been more than 48 hours and there's no movement, email care@lumiereskincarecaps.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email us within 1 hour of ordering. Once it's in the carrier's hands, we can't redirect it, but we can help you arrange a return-to-sender.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO?
Yes to both. PO Boxes ship via USPS Priority. APO/FPO addresses qualify for free standard shipping regardless of order size.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Every Lumière shipment is insured. If your parcel is marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll replace it at no cost.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
For international orders, duties and taxes are calculated transparently at checkout. The total you pay at order is the total you pay — no surprise fees at the door.
Do the capsules meet TSA liquid limits?
Yes — each capsule contains 1–2ml, well below the 100ml/3.4oz carry-on limit. The full sheet travels comfortably in any clear toiletry bag.
