If you start a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at the interval you select until you cancel. You can pause, change the interval, or cancel at any time from your account portal. Cancellations take effect for the next scheduled shipment — orders already processed can't be stopped, but they're covered by our returns policy. We'll give at least 7 days' notice by email before changing subscription pricing.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, though in practice we'll help resolve lost or damaged shipments — just contact us. Full details are on our Shipping page. We're not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Under our 30-Day Skin-Try Guarantee, you may also return an opened sheet within 30 days if the product isn't right for you — send back what's left and we'll refund you. We may decline returns that show a pattern of abuse.
Before-and-after images and testimonials on our site reflect individual experiences. Results vary based on skin type, age, environment, and consistency of use. Nothing on our site is a promise of a specific outcome, and our products don't replace sunscreen, medical treatment, or professional advice.
The Lumière name, logo, site design, photography, and written content are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or use it commercially — including to train commercial AI models — without our written permission.
If you upload photos, reviews, or other content (for example to our Packing gallery), you keep ownership of it. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use that content to promote Lumière, and you confirm you have the right to share it and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove any submission at our discretion.
Participation is subject to approval and to the program terms shown at signup. Commissions are paid monthly on cleared sales, subject to a $25 minimum balance, and may be reversed for refunded, fraudulent, or self-referred orders. Ambassadors must disclose their relationship with us clearly in all promotional content, as required by FTC endorsement guidelines. We may end participation at any time for policy violations.
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumière is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly by email. If we can't resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, you keep the protections of your local law and may bring claims in your home courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when. Changes apply to orders placed after they're posted — continuing to use the site means you accept them.
