Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If it's been more than 5 business days and you haven't seen it, drop care@lumiereskincarecaps.com a note with your order number and we'll dig in.
What's your return policy?
Unopened sets can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also offer a 30-day "skin try" guarantee on opened sets — if it's not for you, we'll refund the difference.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to over 60 countries via DHL Express. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for transparency.
Can I order a sample?
We don't currently offer free samples, but our 6-capsule starter sheet is intentionally priced as a low-commitment way to try the full ritual.
Is Lumière hiring?
We're a small, growing team. Open roles are posted on our careers page — but if you think you'd be a fit, reach out anyway. We've hired people that way before.
